  • Do you provide interpretations for my results?
    Yes, we provide detailed reports analyzing the biomarkers and suggesting potential supplements based on your results. For Revelation Custom Panels and Individual Biomarkers, you will receive our bioenergetic interpretation along with reference ranges derived from research rather than the "normal population." Our interpretations often differ significantly from mainstream perspectives.
  • Can I order a test outside of the United States?
    At the current time, we only service the United States.
  • I live in NJ, RI, or NY. Can I still get tests from you?
    Due to local legislation, we are unable to process test orders within New Jersey, Rhode Island, and New York. However, there are options available to you: Use our zip code map finder to locate the nearest testing locations. If you live near the border of a non-restricted state or are willing to travel to a non-restricted state, you will be able to schedule an in-person test there. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but these restrictions are beyond our control.
  • Do you take insurance?
    No, we do not accept insurance. If you are proactive about your health, you may find that paying for your labs out of pocket is actually more cost-effective. Many doctors are hesitant to prescribe tests they are unfamiliar with, and even if they do, your insurance might reject the claim or charge a high deductible. For example, a test that costs $20 through us could end up costing $800 through insurance. By bypassing insurance, we are able to offer you significantly lower prices.
  • Can't I just go directly to Ulta?
    While we value our partner at Ulta you are welcome to use their services directly, please note that you will always pay more for the same tests. By ordering through us, you benefit from lower prices on all tests compared to going directly to them.
  • What if I need more in-depth assistance with my results?
    We offer a health consulting service called Prism, which provides a comprehensive analysis of your results. Your first consultation is completely free, and we can assist you with more than just your biomarkers. Click here to learn more.
  • Do you provide medical advice?
    We DO NOT provide medical advice. All results and interpretations are designed to be analyzed by a licensed medical provider.
  • Can I switch my lab testing location after I order?
    Yes, you can. However, we will not be able to facilitate the location change for you. You will have to go into the Ulta Lab Tests Portal, which you will be able to log in through the email you receive, and select the 'Click here to select a different Patient Service Center location' button.
  • Can I make one order for multiple people?
    No, we cannot process a single order for multiple individuals, as we require separate sets of information and multiple draw fees. Each person must place their own individual order.
  • Should I fast or avoid anything before my test?
    Here are the requirements for any test you order: 1) Fasting is necessary for testing. This means nothing with calories 8 hours before the blood draw, only water. Coffee(even black coffee) is NOT allowed before the blood draw. Please also refrain from any caffeine powders, pills, pre-workouts, or energy drinks. 2) It is recommended to avoid strenuous exercise beforehand. 3) do not take any Biotin(Vitamin B7) supplements at least 3 days prior to the test. Please check your current supplement labels for this. It is often also included in multivitamins and B complex products. 4) If you are currently using a thyroid medication, please take it in the morning preferably 1-3 hour before the blood is drawn.
